WHO'S RECIPE IS THIS? SO YUMMY

I made this the other night and it was really good. It is called "Apple Brown Betty" Apples on the bottom and a crunchy tasty topping. I heated it a little in the microwave and then put a scoop of ice cream on top.
Here is the choices to pick from
Glen Close
Vanna White
Mary Kay Ash
I am keeping track of the guesses and who guessed who and will announce the winner at the end of March. So far I have 7 cook books ready to put on the binders and am waiting to see if any more recipes come in the mail by the end of the month. The article was in the news paper today and even though she did a good write up the picture was awe full..all pink. You would think a newspaper would have a better printer than that. I will wait a couple of days to see if I get any response and will also start calling other news papers and see what kind of response I get. I emailed the person in charge of the sale up North "Pioneer Days" and is always the end of Sept. She remembered me from the past when I lived up there and has accepted me to be in the sale and also invited me to 2 more. It was kind of nice when she said I do very nice work...nice to know when people notice. They used to not charge but now they are asking for 10% and that sounded good to me. I am going to email her again and see if she wants to help me start selling the cook books and of course I will give the 10% to them. It is at the conservation dept and there is always something going on there so will just keep my fingers crossed.
I will list a few celebrities in my next post and what their recipe is so you get an idea of what some of them are. The cook books I sell through my blog will be helping Apifera Farm...The work she does with animals is amazing..check her out here http://apiferafarm.blogspot.com/ she does everything from donations and she also writes books and sells them. Check her out.
If you would like to order one (or more) of my cook books just go to my selling blog (Hugginshaven) link on right side bar and you can email me through there.
Thank you to the 5 people that have ordered through my blog and 1 person bought 2 copies. I appreciate all of you :)

Congratulations on having an article in the newspaper - what an honor.

Good luck with the 2 shows - this is really taking off for you isn't it?

I make this recipe quite frequently during fall, it is delicious. I will guess Glen Close, I know she resides in Maine not to far from me during the summer months.(She just may have visited some of our local apple orchards) Will be watching to see what the correct answer is! Thank you for stopping by my blog. Greetings from Maine, Julie.
