Got some more stuff finished

This is what I have also been working on this past week. I enjoy making theses little Chickens. I will try and get some better pictures tomorrow and list them in my blog plus the Chocolate Bunnies I also enjoyed making the eggs out of a cutter quilt..they have a strip of primmed cheese cloth tied around them and a rusty bell pinned on

The Chocolate Bunnies also have some primmed cheese cloth tied around their neck with a rusty bell pinned on. I love the smell of these when primmed. The Bunnies have also been painted with brown acrylic paint

They would look so cute tucked into a basket or on a shelf or in the middle of the dining room table maybe in a bowl.

All the chicks have been primmed with my own recipe and have tiny black shank buttons for eyes. I have painted the beak with orange acrylic paint and a button sewed on each wing.

I also have another quilt finished and this one is traditional with batting in the middle. I went to lay it on the bed in the guest room to take a picture and my kitten Anndarie was laying there. I thought if I just put it over the top of her she would move...nope she didn't move so the raised spot you see at the top is a kitten under the quilt :)

I have quite a few other squares cut for quilts but need to go and buy some more batting and some will need a special fabric but that's O K..I have over 9 months to get them all finished :)
