Arrived Safely in New Home!!!

Hi...I'm Annie, a friend of Nancy's! She's asked me to write a short post to update you on their move! She is still without internet, but wants everyone to know they arrived safely in their new home in Mode, Illinois! The trip went very well, although it was by no means without incident. I believe she said her pups got away from her four different times!

It sounds like they are settling in quite nicely and loving it! It's was amazing the difference in the tone of her voice when I spoke with her on the phone. You can tell she is so much happier...and SO glad to be out of Podunk! Despite the hard work to get there AND the hard work still ahead, she knows she made the right decision.

As soon as she can get her computer hooked up, I'm sure she'll be in to tell you all about it! But in the meantime, here's a few pics she was able to send me from her cell phone. I believe the one up top is the pond (as her landlord calls it) on the property. She calls it a lake....I call it absolutely beautiful!

Evidently, where they live is mostly farmland.

And it looks like there is a lot of space for her pups to run!

Nancy is still without a refrigerator, TV or internet. I think she's getting tired of watching the same old DVD's! LOL! But everyone seems to be happy...dogs, cats, NANCY, and I think even Billy! Make sure to check back for ALL the details!
