This is going to be the best summer ever..When Maggie gets her last series of Heart Worm shots we will have a lot of fun together. Mom and Dad are trying to think of other things that we can play on and stay inside our fence. Then they might not even have to get the electric charger. Anyone have any suggestions? Mom would love to hear about them...just remember ...we are big Puppies :)

It looks like they are very much enjoying the fenced yard:) That slab is the perfect spot for a pool too!!!!
wonderful idea.....the dogs look very happy..the only thing I can think of right now is probably they might need some shade in the summer....
They have shade by the one bush and will be putting a tarp or something up for them to go under...Going to vet today to get stitches out and also to bring more dog beds and soap for them to sell...hope it all sells :)
Hi Nancy,
I saw your post on Dani's blog and had to come say Hello! I don't think I knew you lived in Alabama also. I am just south of Birmingham.
Your dogs are awesome! We just adopted another Golden Retriever for Emma to play with and they do have fun together. They play tug and just rub on each other. Even the cats love him so he is fitting in at 8 months old. Emma just turned two! Time does fly!
Smiles, Cyndi
I am so glad your sweet Maggie is healing. i am so sorry she was sick. We too are empty nesters, but stay very busy with our grands and the children I teach at our church....hugs...m..
Sounds like you're there for the long haul! Your doggies will at least love it on the red dirt road in Podunk! LOL! ~~Annie
Not my intention..Dogs will love it where ever I take them..This is the 3rd time we put this fence up..first out in front and they were to isolated..then next to car port and they were little and kept climbing. Now it is where you go out the side door (that we never use and NO GATE..comes down and can go up again somewhere else :)
It is up now just so they can have some freedom and not take off and get run over or go in the woods where the rattlesnakes are.
