Buster said I had to! He got his package today. It was wedged in between a bunch of junk mail and ads, but he seemed to know somethere was there for him. He usually pays no attention to the mail, so I began to go through it, and he got more and more excited as I opened it. I kind of choked up, Nancy. You saw me through all of that with Buster. Four years ago, I just didn't know what I was going to do. And here we are, through a lifetime of experiences all packed into 4 years, and we are best friends. I looked at your pictures again today, and I smiled. You'll get through it all, just like I did. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for thinking of Buster's birthday and reminding me about faithful friends --- fur babies and ones with skin (YOU!)Cora from Hidden Richeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11066244776488896258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086791396847674077.post-79982195371353169732011-04-06T23:40:38.980-05:002011-04-06T23:40:38.980-05:00Goodness sakes! Sorry, but I agree, the magazines are one of their best antics yet. I'm not sure about "maturity at two". There's a lot of maturing to do in the next 15 days.

Never a dull moment at the Huggins household.LOLAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086791396847674077.post-19239914955193774442011-04-03T17:40:24.014-05:002011-04-03T17:40:24.014-05:00LOL I had a black that always got into things. Anytime the door would open he would bolt out and run. I couldn't ever catch him. Eventually the neighbors figured out they could lure him with cheese then they'd grab him and bring him home. One day I was so frustrated I took off his collar and opened the door and said go. You know that dog never left the porch and kept looking in the door barking for me to let him in. During one of his outings he got hit by a car luckily he wasn't hurt bad, but after that he never left the yard. My ex in laws are keeping him for me because I'm not allowed to have pets where I live. But every once in awhile we sneak him over for the weekend. He is now 11 but one of the best dogs I ever had.

MaryGettysburg Homesteadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10327811991165300897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086791396847674077.post-8655879593595237722011-04-03T14:41:38.305-05:002011-04-03T14:41:38.305-05:00Oh, Nancy!!!!! Don't know what to tell you, but I'm cheering you on, just like you did for me. He's going to be four on April 10th. Can you believe it????? When it gets to the worst of the worst, just remember . . . . . BUSTER!!! He made it. The last year or so have been so much better.
